My rationale

Experimenting with food and ingredients is a deep passion of mine and has been for as long as I can remember. However in recent years I have really come to see the influence that diet has on our overall well being and this fascinates me no end. By trialling theories on myself and seeing direct results, I want to encourage others to explore new foods and dietary styles. Eating healthily doesn't have to be boring. My motto: try it and see.

I can spend hours formulating a recipe in my head, only to be chomping at the bit to get into the kitchen and make it happen.

Also of note, I am a partial vegetarian (fish is the only meat I eat) and avoid dairy due to health reasons. Eggs however, are still on the menu. My recipes reflect this.

I also love to bake. Cookies, cupcakes, you name it. Exploring dairy free options keeps me endlessly occupied.
